I am part of the People Development Team at Ingeteam Zamudio.

Ingeteam is an international technology group specialising in automation and control, rotating electrical machines and power conversion in different sectors within the energy field.

I have more than 30 years of experience in the organisation, focusing in this latest stage mainly on the search and selection of talent to expand our team and on the development of the talent of the people who are already part of this great organisation, Within this organisation, I have contributed to attracting, recruiting, hiring and retaining the best professionals and researchers for the different companies, sectors and businesses that form part of the Ingeteam team: rail, electrical, wind power, mining, oil & gas, green hydrogen, naval, industrial, aeronautical and our technology centre, Ingeteam Research Institute, S.L.

My mission is also to support people in different teams in their personal and professional growth and adaptation to organisational changes, offering innovative and personalised solutions. To this end, I have trained and certified myself in different tools that allow me to better understand the preferences, motivations and behaviours of our employees.
